"Because I cannot post less than 1 star. Shocking experience. Very disorganized and cluttered store. 2 items that were supposed to be 40% off, rang up at full price, and not enough staff to handle the dissatisfaction. Long checkout line, several people left items at registers."

"Not impressed with the customer service at this location. I've been a Michael's customer for many years and been to multiple locations across the country and this is by far the worst customer service I've received. I've been to this location multiple times to pick up online orders and for simple check out assistance. Check out has not been a smooth process at any time. Staff is undertrained and understaffed to perform their job well. Coupons and discounts have not worked, my rewards account was not applied, my questions were not answered. Customer service over the phone has been the same quality for checking on orders. Long hold times and not understanding my simple questions"
