"Wife had to raise her hand to get help from some hooligans who were too busy talking about aliens and raises and rather look over 2 feet at the couple who needed help. Store is clean and has a nice layout, but those teens made the experience made us feel ignored."

"Having made a purchase under the reasonable assumption of a standard 30-day return policy, I encountered a significant discrepancy upon attempting to return the item within that timeframe. The advertised and widely practiced 30-day window was unexpectedly supplanted by a restrictive 14-day policy specifically applicable to holiday purchases. Despite the absence of any signage or verbal communication regarding this deviation from their usual policy, my inquiries yielded no solutions from either the customer service representative or the manager. This lack of transparency and apparent disregard for customer expectations constitute a grave disservice and raise concerns about the overall fairness and clarity of Best Buy return policies. Will not buy anything from there again."

"I’ve had issues in the past finding the right laptop that suits my needs. Cooper was absolutely amazing at helping me find one. He was so knowledgeable as well as honest. With his help I was able to find something perfect for gaming and school. A lot of people in the past have recommended regular laptops but I’m so glad he explained how games run down the processor. This laptop should definitely last me a good few years. He was also very patient as it took some time to decide. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at Best Buy, thank you Cooper!!"

"I've mostly had a positive experience at Best Buy. This experience however surpasses all other visits there. Jack in the TV department provided me outstanding service. He listened carefully to my situation and concerns. (Our DirectTV was just not working for us even after being customers for 30+ years.) So I was looking for a better alternative. He suggested both the positives and negatives of each. He was very thorough. I made my choice based on his recommendation. Very happy with my choice and very pleased with his service."

"Bottom line: they mislead and didn’t care. I went to purchase an item that showed 1 in stock. When I arrived, they said they didn’t have it in stock and offered to have it delivered the next day from a different local store. That seemed reasonable so I agreed. The following day… it never showed up. The day after I received a notice from UPS that I should receive the item in the next 7 days. I went back to the store for a refund and they said “it’s already shipped… so there is nothing we could do”. That’s the last time I go to Best Buy…. I will only order from Amazon now."
