"I want to love this Publix location and we’re super close, but some changes are necessary. The location is amazing and very convenient for me. The grocery staff are very helpful, friendly, snd knowledgeable of the store. This Publix has everything I need for grocery shopping as well. My main issues all revolve around the deli. I’ve had 4-5 different workers here make my subs and only one of them seems to have a clue of what they’re doing. The other few are so incredibly slow, do not want to go check the back meats that they’re out of, and just simply do not listen to customers requests. I’ve had workers in the deli take my order and then immediately get it wrong right in front of me 3 separate times now. Just today I asked for a chicken strip sub and the lady said they didn’t have chicken strips and I insisted she check. She came back 2 minutes later with a whole tray of them. This was after giving the girl in front of me a chicken wrap with only one strip on it. Our wait time is usually 20-30 minutes and I just don’t believe this is acceptable. If the deli’s issues get dialed in I’ll be so happy!"

"One of the best lunch spots in the Hendersonville/Gallatin area. The sandwich options. The timing of service is still in the works. The new Publix is clean and convenient. I wish they would train the staff to me more hospitable and efficient. The sushi and hot meals sides are great as well. I went with a friend chicken sandwich and the food quality for the price is what keeps me coming back. Definitely recommend checking it out on your next lunch or prep for a day out on the water!"

"Today was the 2nd day they were open and the place looks like it belongs in a commercial! It is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you can imagine. So so happy to have a Publix just a few miles from my house! It has an amazing selection of hot food, grab and go, sushi, etc. They also have an upstairs with tables, a seating area, and a condiment station so you can eat some of the yummy food they serve right there during a quick lunch break. Every single employee that we came across went out of their way to try and help us or just make small talk. Really going to love this store!"
