"As I sit here in my comfortable home, I feel like whatever I write would not do this company justice. My family and I received 2 heatpump HVAC units. All four of the gentlemen that were here doing the job were extremely professional and courteous! With 2 units being replaced the job took all day and we had to play "ring around the puppies" a couple times because I have 2 Great Pyrenees that are very jealous of new people in the home. The HVAC specialists were very understanding. I'm including photos of them at work, along with my old units after they took them out. One team of 2 worked on the downstairs unit and the other on the split system where the condenser is in the attic (I hope that's right, I'm not sure). When the house was built in 2007, the downstairs air intake under the stairs was never boxed off, so we were getting a lot of dirty air into our system through the stairs and crawlspace, instead of through the filter, the way it was supposed to be. The guys built a frame out of 2x4's and boxed in the intake with insulation board and then sealed all the gaps. Now all the air going into the system has to go through the filter! The way it should be. The crews worked VERY efficiently and professionally. I was told that the job might take until 7pm, so when the foreman told me that they were done at 5:30, I was floored! He said that he thought they were running late! LOL... To sum it all up, I would recommend this company to anyone in the Nashville area! They are excellent and professional!
