"It's a dump. Half the machines don't work. One washing machine kept my clothes in it for over an hour because it broke and was just spinning. Got blue stains on my clothes when they came out. My detergent is clear. Also had brown/black spots on my bath towels when they came out. But of course they aren't responsible so they won't pay for the items their machines ruined"

"The place is nasty. Toilet water leaking out of bathroom. None of the dryers work. Half (or more) of the washing machines are down. Definitely not going here again. Only thing good about it is that’s it’s open late."
