"Worst experience ever. 3 out of 4 washers I used did not work properly. One never did spin cycle, one did nothing more than fill with water, and one leaked badly and went to an error code and handle is locked so can’t get my clothes. No person on site and no answer at number they have posted and voicemail box is full. I almost feel as if I need to call the police to get my personal property and money back."
"A pretty dirty place. Washer gaskets have mold and mildew in them. We managed to find two that were fairly clean, but ended up paying for a broken dryer. Table tops were wiped down and clean. Water pooling in the floor in several places. There is a brand new Bitcoin Kiosk. Needs TLC and batteries for the smoke detector."
"Monday after Thanksgiving weekend, the entire facility was filthy and over the top disgusting. Trash everywhere even the top of the machines were nasty, which is where I usually set my baskets, but not this time. The floors were so nasty my shoes were sticking to them. I realize people can be disrespectful, but this didn't happen in a day, this is willful neglect."
"It's better than the rest of laundry cleaner's but I had a problem with one off their $7 washing machine, and I use one of the dryer that never dried my clothes after putting a $1. So if you use this Laundry cleaner's make sure to bring more money and hope to get your refund."
