"They ask at the gates for two load locks to be in your trailer for pick up. But I delivered dry van. Arrived the evening before my morning appt., was allowed to enter , disconnected the trailer, took two hours to unload."

They made a big deal that I didn’t have two load locks laying in my trailer when I arrived at the gate but I could’ve easily and quickly put them in there when I dropped my trailer? If you don’t like to be micro managed by a shipper then don’t pick up here!"

"It would be so nice, if the oil receiving department come out and tell you what's going on. You schedule an appt time, at least have the common courtesy to come and tell the drivers why you're not able to unload at the moment. Its truly rude to just have us sitting outside and not come out and tell us anything!!!"
