"My gripe against Wendy's is I order the 50 piece nugget for my kids and two times i have been shorted by 20 nuggets. I don't know if the cook can't count or just too lazy to drop 50 but I decided to stop buying anything from there.One person can make your restaurant look bad. It's the night shift that's a problem in the nugget department."

"We went through the drive thru. I have always enjoyed Wendy's hamburger meat. This last time I ordered the baconator double cheeseburger combo meal. The fries were hot and wonderful! The bacon was in very small pieces and very dark brown and very dried out...overcooked. The meat was not very good. It tasted old and overcooked. It was not the fresh meat I am used to getting from there. The service was impeccable, and the person at the window was so very nice. Now it was late in the evening. Maybe they had cooked a bunch of patties in case they had a rush. I will definitely go back as 99.9% of the time their product is marvelous."

"We stopped by at 7pm. They close at midnight. Ordered a family size chili. The server told me "we only have 1 large chili left. We aren't making anymore tonight. " No explanation as to why they weren't. Just not doing it."

"Food was OK but the coffee was horrible. We have traveled all over the country and this has to be the top 3 of the worst coffee my husbane has ever received. It tastes as strong as it just came off the back of a donkey from the mountains of Columbia."

"Service was friendly and considerate. But we ordered right as they opened hoping for hot and fresh food. It was not. The bun was burned as if it were put into a toaster backward, and the burger was ice cold. I’m not a Karen and don’t complain often, but this was an $18 meal we should have eaten elsewhere. Four thumbs down."
