"I do wish you could get rid of that rumor that they spit in your burger. My grandson just told me he had heard it. That went around back in 60's when I was in school. With or without spit your food is always good at Union City Tn location."

"It's a shame how people treat others, especially, when you work in customer service and yet, you don't give proper customer service. It's not that hard to be polite. If a person has a problem with working in the business then you should find another job. I'm pretty sure this Katlin or Kaylin person that claims to work there will fit right in at Williams Sausage."

"They messed up my order so I pushed the button, I told the woman my order was wrong, she brought me my new order and I watched her throw that sandwich in the garage. There was a homeless man sitting on the tables in the middle. After 2 times of calling them about messing up my order, when I did get my food again, I gave it all to the homeless man."
