"I ordered from premium food in whitehouse. 5:30 put order in. 3 adult meals 2 kids meals. Complete with salads. Said delivery would be 6:15. -6:30. Showed up at 7:09. Half of the order was not there. Driver said to call captain d. Captain d said call premium. Premium put order back in. Delivery would be ASAP. By 8:04 I called said they had a driver sitting at captain d’s waiting for the food. By 8:50 I checked the email on the delivery time now it saying 10:00. Are you kidding me. I called premium again!! He said they were still waiting on captain d to make the food. 4 hours to make 1 meal and 5 salads. REALLY! I do t mind having to wait a bit longer than normal. And normally I get great service from premium but tonight they dropped the ball big time. I will not order from them again. And I used them at least 2-3 times a week. Very disappointed"

"I had used this service over and over.. “Brandi” called me after I didn’t get a liquor purchase saying they didn’t need to ID me because they had delivered to me before. I simply stated you should ID with every purchase and then she proceeded to block me from Service. I only questioned this because I didn’t get the alcohol I ordered. I understand it’s busy times but I definitely think we should be securing these sales. Regardless she proceeded to say I shouldn’t be telling her how to do Her job and blocked me from Delivery. We should probably check the policy here."

"Well I have ordered with these guys a few times. I put my order in tonight and got a call. They said the order came though at 10:01 and they close at 10. I know everyone wants to go home but come on. I always tip well so if you can make a dollar then do it. Update they call me the next day and gave me a free delivery. They are always on time and are alway polite. If no ones delivers to your area these guys will. Awesome service and will use again."
