"I placed an order on the mobile app. Upon arriving I noticed that the street address on my order said 301 White House Crossing but the city was Portland Tn. Turns out that there was an issue with the app and my order was sent to the Portland Tn location even though I chose the White House Tn location. Muffin(staff member) went out of her way to fix the issue. She called the Portland location and refunded my order. They then made my order at the White House location. When I received my food it was fresh and very good. The whole staff were very friendly and helpful with the whole situation and made my experience here a great one. Muffin and her team provided great customer service, and that’s something hard to find in today’s society. I will be making it a point to return to this location because of great customer service and great food."

"We showed up around 4:30 and were quickly greeted. I asked if they had the $1 curly fries and the 30 piece boneless wings. They had the 6 and 9 piece wings, but the 30 piece is for online and on the app orders only. No big deal. The girl behind the counter was apologetic about us having to stand back as we signed into the app which, luckily we had already. The staff was patient and asked how our days was. We placed our order and went to the side to wait. The restaurant was nice and clean. The condiments and drink area was clean. It took about 15 minutes for our order to come up. We ordered the 30 piece Boneless Buffalo Box ($16.00) 3 small curly fries ($3.00) and 2 Classic Roast Beef ($4.00). Everything was really good. Pics included. Make sure you order online or through the app if you want the really good deals."

"Ordered 2 meals one was the new fish and chips/fries, which was cooked like chicken tenders and tasted horrible. The other meal was the French dip. The meat wasn't actually in between the bread, it was greasy, and just wasn't good at all. Those 2 meals cost $23.25 total. Ridiculously expensive, especially for the portions and the food itself simply wasn't good. Better off going to another fast food place or paying around $30 for 2 meals at a good sit down restaurant, like Colorado Grill."

"Roast beef was good but my cup of cheddar was a tiny amount and the fries were just over room temperature and mostly small bottom of the pan pieces."

"Update: As of our visit on Thursday May 3, 2018 this Arby's now serves Coke products. This restaurant is always very clean. Our order was taken quickly and the staff was very friendly. Very clean restaurant, food is served hot and quick. This Arby's serves Pepsi products."
