"Ate here with my family of 5 on 26 June. I waited to see if corporate would respond to my complaint I’ve received no response. It took 35 minutes to get our food because they ran out of burgers. When the food came the fries were cold. My kids burgers were wrong and we were missing all our sauces and an order of fries and cheese curds. Not once did someone try to make it right nor did a supervisor come out. New to White House and we’ll never return here. Good job to the young man on the counter that had to put up with me. Update: 11 July. In response to DQ reply, I did visit that site and submitted comments with no response. I submitted feedback on 26 June, with no response. Update: 16 January, 2024. It’s no wonder businesses like this fail to establish roots in growing neighborhoods. They also believe they are too big to fail and the individual customer doesn’t matter. Never got a response, not even from corporate."

"It's not even Halloween let alone Thanksgiving and they're not offering a pumpkin pie blizzard. They say they ran out from warehouse supply. How is this possible when this is the time of year for such things. I think Dairy Queen needs to do some better planning and some executives need to be released. How disappointing."

"I ordered 5 blizzards and am really disappointed!! They were really busy, but that’s not an excuse for giving me blizzards with hardly any toppings in them! I got a large choco brownie extreme, but what you should call it is a chocolate vanilla twist ice cream without the cone!!! If I’m paying almost $30 I expect to have my toppings!!"
