My favorites: Crunchy Sweet Potato Roll, Salmon Lover Roll, and Sizzling Beef I Love Sushi is a staple Nashville restaurant on Elliston Place. Their marker of distinction is their creative rolls, which combine ingredients in ways I haven't tried before. The rolls are tasty and excellent, exactly what you expect of well-made sushi. With Nashville being so far from the ocean, some people are concerned with the freshness of the fish, but I haven't had a problem so far. The waiters are mostly all very friendly. Some of them are Vanderbilt students. Downsides: 1. One downside is food service does take some time but not excessively long. 2. Price starts to add quickly, especially if you are hungry. 3. No parking right next to the store, which makes take-out a little of a hassle. But, there is a parking garage behind the restaurant (which I think is free to patrons)."
