"If you are looking for furniture to last then shop elsewhere. I purchased a living room set in April 2022 and the seam on the couch is already coming apart. I also purchased the additional Furniture Care Protection but a manufacturer's defect is not covered. The furniture only comes with a 1 year warranty. We were looking to add a recliner to our set but will look elsewhere."

"This is a big store jam packed with beautiful furniture including some stuff you won't find in other stores. They have inventory in stock for immediate purchase and pickup/delivery. Prices at the Ashley store down the street were literally $500-$700 more PER PIECE for the same Ashley furniture. And the Ashley store has NOTHING in stock. Stick with Royal. We didn't buy anything when we were there but I will be going back for a chair that only Royal seems to have."

"I think I will be happier shopping online. The store had a big selection but didn't find a pub table/counter height table that I love. I'm looking for a solid wood 3 piece set or 5 piece set without the seat cushion"
