Called and they were extremely helpful and offered texting a picture of the unit I was inquiring about. Got to the store Saturday and the showroom is full of appliances!! You have new, used, some still in box, etc. You will have 30 days and after that they offer a yr warranty, reasonably priced too. Didn’t think they would offer on the used unit I picked out, but yes walked away with a warranty. ELIZABETH is excellent at her position. She showed me around and asked questions about my measurements. I was shocked she took the time to make sure it would fit my kitchen prior to choosing one. I was impressed with all points of this purchase. They offer financing as well. I was treated with respect and courtesy. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. I was able to take the unit home the same day!! Very grateful for Family Appliances of Southaven, MS!!"
