"I stop by to place an togo only order. No greetings. I walked up to the counter. There were 3 employees standing there. Never once acknowledged me. I asked the first young lady if I could place a Togo order? She never made eye contact nor did she answer me. The other gentleman and young lady never said a word. Just looked at me. Never once said my I help you? I just happened to get a phone call. I decided not to stay nor ask again. This was the first time visiting in 12 years. Never had that kind of service before. I don't know what has happened, but I know I will not stop there again. Thank you."

"A little centerpiece gem in the shopping center with fantastic food and service. Our server, Taylor who you must see when you visit, recommended the chicken bacon ranch wrap which was delish. Great combination of flavors with nothing too overpowering. And the french fries are fantastic. They're basically french fries in the shape of spiraled potato chips, but they're not curly fries. I'm not kidding when I say they were some of the best french fries I've ever had. My wife ordered a goat cheese salad and Taylor realized that the way the goat cheese was prepared would have compromised my wife's dietary restriction. So she came out. Let us know and suggested just to do plain old goat cheese which is exactly what we thought we were going to get anyway. So everything worked out fantastic. We added a unseasoned grilled chicken breast so we could cut up and give to the dog which she devoured. She's been stressed and not eating since she doesn't really like to travel. They are a must stop if you're in Jackson."

"Dumplin's had the best wedding cake I have ever eaten. We order the cake for our wedding on 2/28/2020. It was flavor well, vanilla and butterscotch. The cake was moist and tender. The icing wasn't to sweet and decorated so beautiful exactly as I wanted it. The fondant/gum paste flowers were delicate and flavorful. I was coming from California so we talked through emails and a phone call to hashed out the details. The price was reasonable for a 30 person cake and we had leftovers."

"I have visited this establishment several times but only purchased their dessert which i will say are very good. Service has always been good. Prices are reasonable. I decided to dine in and give their food a try. The rolls were a nice treat. Fruit tea was a hit at our table. I recommend this. Figured a place named Dumplins probably has some awesome dumplings so we ordered chicken and dumplings with side salad, shrimp and grits with side salad , and an apple dumpling to go for dessert. Shrimp and grits were pretty good. I was not expecting bacon but it gave it give give the grits a great flavor. Only thing i would have different is have the bacon chopped in the grits instead of whole strips. It was just too difficult to try to cut the bacon into bite size pieces. Otherwise it was great and i do recommend. Chicken and dumplings was lacking flavor. Actually it tasted like canned chicken was used to make this dish. The flavor and the consistency was just missing. We did not finish this dish. I do not recommend this dish. Apple dumpling, we started to eat on the drive home. It was very doughy, like it was not throughly baked. At home decided to put in the oven to finish cooking, nope same thing. Just threw the rest away. I will return for their other desserts only."
