"Sat in the line for 15 minutes and the person kept saying “I will be with you in a minute”. Finally, I drove around to go to a different place and saw 3 workers all talking to each other, one on the cellphone. Nobody was in line in front of us. Never got a smoothie. Very disappointed in the service."

"I usually have a good experience at this location, but in the past 6 months the quality of service has declined. The staff no longer greet people as the walk in the door or as customers leave. They are not appreciative of tips. Also, what is the point of paying for a smoothie online and having an established wait time if customers have to wait long periods of time due to the staff not checking the online ordering system. On the bright side, this location does make great smoothies and they remodeled the interior which looks amazing."
