"The owners should do random drive thru orders because the girl with the long hair and gray jacket is horrible! She should not be dealing with customers! Here customer service skills are not there. She looked like she hates her job, didn't want to be there, and didn't want me there! I wont be back. THANKS"

"We have spent the past seven years in Northern Colorado. There are NO Krystal Restaurants anywhere! The closest is a White Castle Restaurant and if you have eaten these, you know they are not the same thing. Nothing like a genuine Krystal. Hot fresh and steamed onions can't be beaten. We bought the 24-pack and they were cooked fresh and were delicious food."

"Thanks for caring management!! You guys have turned the quality of this place all the way around! This last time I ate here about a year ago it was a horrible experience, but I gave it another shot due to seeing the involvement of management in this review section and I'm happy to say that the food is almost perfect!! The crystals were perfectly made and warm. The fries were great, the only gripe was that the taste of the drink was off. But that par the course for even some of the best restaurants. This is a much needed improvement. Now only if Hardee's management at Goodman and i55 would change in this way. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!!"

"Do not recommend! I have been going to this Krystal for years, especially for breakfast, because it has been wonderful. The last time I almost got sick! Look at my attached pictures. Garbage at the pick-up window. Staff oblivious. Manager didn't know... Just gross!! Can't eat there now:("

"This location is okay. Their food is good and fresh for the most part. The wait is not really too long, but they do tend to forget your side items. I was missing a few things with my last order. Please double check the customers items on to go orders. I also saw a sign posted that their 3rd shift employees only get paid $10/hr. This is a major concern that should be taken up with Corporate. They should at the least be pair $12/hr . $10 seems a bit unfair. I can only imagine how much their day shift is under paid."
