"Most of the time, when I come here, there is a line of umpteen people long to pick up their orders, and a few DD, UE drivers that are waiting way too long to pick up. It's a crawl to the register. The atmosphere is ripe with impatience almost to and past the point of frustration. The PHut team does their best to provide service, but the overall management of goods back to front needs an upgrade."

Called store to inquire, Pizza Hut associate said, "Ahh...I don't know...hold on." She set the phone down, I could hear conversation/noise in the background and she never came back.
