"Tuesday night January 9th around 9pm wasn't busy trying to place an order background music and singing along was very loud couldn't the exchange of words were hard to hear each other.Got to window for pickup the young lady took my credit card for payment then she asked me several time to backup to the yellow pole and pull back up,I didn't move first she had my Card and it made no sense,so I reached for my card,when she gave it back she was holding the food so to get the order I paid for I backup to yellow pole pull back to window she then gave me the food? The wrong burger old and dry, fries cold,coke had a villa taste.All young people no one in charge..SAD"

"I’m just confused on what time they close.. this the second time I have pulled up on drive-thur to place an order. The young lady sound like if she sleep or trying to whisper we’re close it’s 11:20pm. I’m like okay and pulled off. I rather be safe then sorry especially when it comes down to good service and good food…. I follow my first mind of thinking. Smh"

"This is the worst location , you might as well tear it back down . Employees attitudes are always nasty! Then have the nerve to take one car order at a time while it’s a line out to the street . Cups of water are free but you charge for a half cup of ice , and y’all get mad because I asked to repeat the order because the whole staff is in the kitchen playing . Please place new management at this location , every visit has been TERRIBLE and INCONVENIENCING"

"I don't have a complaint about the food, but I was disturbed on the customer service. I went last night (10/10/2023) and ordered inside. The young lady at the register was on her cell phone taking orders. She had her cell phone up to her ear the whole time, including putting my order together. The manager or assistant manager didn't instruct her to get off the phone. I was shocked by it. Also, when I order from the drive thru and drive up to the window, they do not greet you. They give me the total then take my card, then hand me my order to send me on the way. I always say thank you but never hear have a good day or good night. I go to this particular Wendy's because it's closer to my home. There needs to be re-training on how to treat the customer."

"Fries were good but the burgers tasted bland. Never had a Wendy's burger taste like that. People were very friendly. Bathrooms need a good cleaning and the dining room floor was slick. As nice as everyone was, next time I will keep heading down the road."
