"This is the biggest joke for fast food. We had 3 orders, one came out at 35 minutes one came out at 45 and the third was an hour and ten minutes. We asked 3 times about our order, and the register guy kept saying three minutes. There was about 10 to 15 people who came in after us who got their orders before us. Only waiting 10 to 15 minutes. Who wasn’t working showed up to look at the schedule, then walked back, grabbed the box of wings a minute it made lemonade, and walked out the door. Worst service I’ve ever had. I do not recommend eating at this location."

"WORST Wing stop I’ve ever been to. Staff is very unprofessional. Never greet customers, you will stand there for god knows how long without even being acknowledged by staff. Not to mention they will be playing and laughing WHILE ignoring you. ALWAYS check your food because there’s BOUND to be something wrong with it. I ordered my food online and had ICE COLD FRIES. I went in as soon as the app said my order would be ready. There’s NO reason for my fries to be ice cold and not even in proper containers (no lid just the normal fry baskets. 0/10 over all. The wings were good but would be better if my entire experience wasn’t so POOR! They should be ashamed of themselves for this lousy performance. Instead of making sure actual customers food is correct, they are custom making food for friends/relatives that are hanging out in the lobby. This is not the whole staff but there’s no clear difference between management and every other worker, which is also an issue."

"My wife and I wanted to try Wingstop for the first time last night. Stopped in around 7:30pm, and stood at the counter (nobody else in line) for 5-10 minutes without being acknowledged at all. Employees walked past us without saying a word. Ended up just leaving without placing an order (nobody ever came to take it) and went across the road to Chick fil a instead. So, can't rate the food... We never had the opportunity to try it. Service was non existent. Atmosphere wasn't great. Dark, small, and dirty dining area. We were planning on taking our food to go after seeing that, but never had the chance. Won't give this location another chance, but still would like to try the food sometime."

"All I can say was Jada was the only good thing at this location. She was sweet and helpful and had a great smile. Unfortunately the kitchen took 40 minutes to get us our order. We saw multiple to go orders and one couple that came in after us get served and leave before our order even came out. The wings were much smaller than we expected and the fries were undercooked. Fortunately the lobby was clean and there was a tv while we were waiting. We planned on eating there but had to leave when we got our food because of the delay. No exaggeration, they need a lot of work to get that food out faster."

"The wait was unsatisfactory (53 minutes) for 2 orders of traditional wings and fries, it was not very busy and we ordered online at 7:52 pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:10 pm, we finally got our food at 8:45 pm but we were missing 1 wing out of the 8 pcs and the fries were barely warm and mushy on both orders. The staff stood around, talking quite a bit, and seemed uninterested in the long wait times. They did offer to remake the missing wing, but I did not want to wait any longer. Overall, the wings were good, but the fries, missing wing, and wait time were unacceptable."
