"It’s quite dissapointing for $20+ ramen (after tax & tips). The portion is so so, and the taste is bland (even though I asked for spicy). The noodle also isn’t much different than instant ramen."

"This ramen place is so amazing! Their ramen is delicious! Their boba tea menu is so good they have so many options! I recommend the kiwi strawberry! The waiters/waitresses were so nice and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and cute! I would definitely recommend going."

"I had Chashu Shoyu ramen and Karaage. Karaage didn’t have any flavor whatsoever. And instead of thigh meat like it should be it was made of breast meat. So it was bit tough. Ramen soup was pretty decent - nice flavorful broth and sauce had nice blend of soy sauce, mirin, sake and fat. But noodles had strong lye water smell which reminded me of ramen noodles that I used to have growing up in Tokyo back in the late 60’s and early 70’s. I didn’t know people still made ramen noodles this way - using lye water. Plus soft boiled egg (half) was submerged under other toppings and when I realized it was there, the york was all washed away in to the soup. I read lots of good reviews and that’s why I decided to come to this restaurant but it was rather disappointing. Edit: I’m updating my review to 3 stars for everything was so much better. I still think it should be consistently good but this time it’s well worthy of 3 stars."

"I went to Ichiddo with one of my friends after church today and didn’t have high expectations because it’s been difficult to find a good ramen place in Nashville. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! I had the crispy chicken ramen minus the fish cakes, with a boiled egg added. The portion size was kind of small, but the noodles were cooked to perfection and very flavorful. I’m taking off a star because the boba tea was not good, in my opinion. I tried the Thai tea flavor and it tasted more like coconut and I tried the strawberry flavor and it was bland. 9/10 for the ramen, 2/10 for the boba tea. Our waitress was very nice; excellent customer service!"

"Go to ramen spot! Their appetizers are always on point. Takoyaki and spring rolls are always crunchy, hot, and fresh. The tonkatsu ramen is rich in flavor with soft char siu pork. The seafood ramen was good, but their pork broth is elite."
