"I highly recommend Wil-Ro and their truck bodies!! You can really tell which company's are the best according to how they handle problems. If everything goes smoothly, all is well. However, great companies will take care of the customer if problems arise. That is exactly what happened with me. I could write a "book" describing the mistakes that were made in making a "custom" bed for my landscape truck. The salesman (who is no longer employed there) recommended a truck and body that really would not work together. On his recommendation, I bought the truck, drove it to them, they built the bed, installed it and I brought it home. Long story short, there was at least twice as much bed behind the rear wheels as there was in front of the wheels, making the truck so light in the front end that the front tires would actually come off the ground as I was driving down the road. Not safe at all! After talking with them for a year and trying to deal with it, they paid to stretch the frame so the cab to axle ratio was right for the bed they installed. I am thrilled with the result and can not say enough good about Meagan (in sales) and Stacy (the shop foreman). It took some time to make it right but they did what a great company should do and fixed the mistakes! In the end, what more could you ask for. I'll definitely use them again!"
