"This is a new taco bell. It just opened this spring. It's very clean. The service is good. Standard fast food atmosphere. Just tables and ads for menu items. Nothing more interesting than any other taco bell."

"Food was good, but my problem is I placed a mobile order to be ready at 5:30pm. I got the message from the app when it was being made and when it was ready, which was 5:29pm. Get to the store at 5:35, and my order is nowhere to be found. I'm told they're making it right now. 20 minutes after I was told my order was ready, they finally brought my food to the counter. I'll be back soon to give them a second chance, but tonight left a bad taste in my mouth."

"This taco bell has a 100% failure rate. They leave something out of the order every single time. I'm not exaggerating. Never gotten an order right any time I've been there. If you have your heart set on a specific item, my advice is to go to a more reliable taco bell. Doesn't even have to be that reliable. It's just that it isn't mathematically possible to be less reliable than this taco bell."

"My wife abd i been there 4 times hoping it was just a bad day. But every time the food comes out hard or soggy or just completely wrong. For a new building i would think it would have better food but no. Just go to the one in hermitage food is so much better even if its alittle further to drive."
