"Went into 5 guys in Rivergate and the store was clean, the service was exceptional and the food was hot and delicious. Will definitely be back!"
"Usually we enjoy the hamburgers, but they were a little dry and didn't seem to have much flavor. We ordered the Cajun fries extra crispy. They tasted like they had been been sitting out for and put back in the fryer to reheat. Very disappointing. Took them home to put them in the air fryer to crisp them up. Had to repeat our order several times to get it correct. Ordered a hamburger with extra tomato. Two little pieces of the tomato end were on the burger that barely covered half of the patty. For the price, and the quality, could have gone to Cook Out and enjoyed a better dinner."

"The employees were very kind and welcoming. We have a special needs daughter who likes to make her own order so she can feel independent and the gentleman at the register was so patient and kind to her. The food was excellent! As we were leaving we heard a couple of them say thank you, come again. It's not just the food that brings us back to this location, but the employees!"
