"The food is always a hit with us. Our only complaint is they always cut the ice cream machine down later at night. They should always offer it in my opinion makes them seem like McDonald's in that since. To whom it may concern us late nighters want ice cream too!! :)"

"So you see the receipt that says no mayo tomato onion pickle ketchup lettuce yet you see the burgers with all of those same things on them like I don't know why it's so hard to read the damn receipt that they take to my bag so I know that it told him what to do on the receipt. They just chose to ignore it and they didn't put my funnel cake fries in the back either for doordash and they left off one of my medium fries so basically just don't order from here. They don't care about making your order right or wrong they're just going to do what they want to do and then all the phone numbers don't work so that you can't even call them and ask about it."

"Customer service in the drive thru was great. However, my food is not. I asked for everything to be fresh. Whoever is making the food needs training. I paid $20 for 3 meals that looks nothing like it's supposed to. On top of that all 3 Burgers are cold. I had to put the food in the over to warm. I called to speak to a manager but the number provided does not work. I've been to this location before and this is the first time I've ever had an issue with my food."

"Literally the worst checkers. I would've rather drove 20 miles to another checkers. Or better yet just went to McDonald's. My food was cold. Lettuce was brown. Tomatoes were bad. And there's no customer service whatsoever. They don't greet you at the window. Didn't get a receipt. When I called up there to state my concerns, I was told my burger was probably cold because he made it while my fish was cooking. I Will not go back to this checkers."
