Wendy's

"Ordered a baconator and a salad on the mobile app and when I got to the window I got handed the baconator and was told they had no salad. Manager pushed the order through as completed even though he knew they couldn't fill it. Didn't even give me a chance to cancel the order on the app and reorder something else. Just told me I'd have to go through the app for a refund. Who does that? Totally incompetent."

"Tried to dine in here. They were ignoring the five people standing in line trying to dine in, drive-thru is the focus. After a few minutes no one had said anything to anyone standing there, I left."

"Arrived at drive thru & no one said anything, after asking several times if they were open @ 4pm in the afternoon someone finally replied hold on we’re busy ( mind you there was only 1 other customer & he was in line behind me) there was No inside customers. Fast forward 10 mins got our order pulled off & quickly turned around & went back . The food was not made right & French fries were cold. They rudely changed them out. B"

"What a miserable experience. The half of the staff was walking around on their cell phones and their underwear hanging out. Waited over 7 mins for 2 kids meals and one large meal. No napkins were available for the patrons. This place needs help!"

"Y'all went to Wendy's to pick up mobile order. The guy at the window opened it and said y'all order has been picked up." He was serious. Our reply, uh no, gave him name again. he said it was just given to the car that pulled off Wt###%! He was serious. I said, "Well, you need to remake it." This dude pointed out the window and said.. your order was just picked up. Y'all, is he off his rocker I said sir, it is a mobile order, so if you messed up, you need to fix it, if you don't know how, go get me the person who does..remake it. he walked away and never came back to the window. after 15 min. the guy who was out back, cane back in to work, slowly fixes order. We got home, the sandwich was on an old bun, and the burger we paid for is not the burger we received. It was cold, and the 10 piece nuggets were only 8 nuggets. how is it that they think their inability to understand, process, and learn to ask questions is somehow our fault. everybody's job is hard, and life is hard, but you really should have more pride in how you do your job. Do not go to Wendy's in Madison. They struggle to complete orders, go to another Wendy's, let this do what it's been trying to do for years....close down. Giving them one star is a stretch. They actually earned ZERO stars!!!!!!"
