"This evening just before 7pm, I entered Jersey Mike's for the first time at this location. The one in Bellevue and on Mallory Lane have always been amazing which is why I am writing this review. I tried this location because I live across the street. I knew the sandwich would be a disaster once the employee found a random (Reg) half white bread in the discard pile. If I am paying $12 (+tip) for a Reg sandwich, I would expect better quality.. Pictures of what I received... The bread was so stale, it crumbled when I bit into it.. The bacon was clearly left over because there were many little hard pieces placed on the sandwich. Definitely Disappointing"

"THERE WAS A COCKROACH IN MY "FRESH BAKED" COOKIE I called the store and the manager said "oh no" then comped me for just the cookie??? That's it!!! This location catered 20 boxed lunches at my work. How many of them had cockroach cookies?? I filed a complaint with the franchise owner as well as corporate and no one has reached out to me yet. This happened 2/26/2018 and I filed the complaint the same day. It's currently 3/13/2018."
