Outback Steakhouse 8005 Moores Lane, Brentwood, TN 37027

"The service was completely off when we went. It took 22 min before a waitress even came to the table to ask for drinks. I ordered an alcoholic drink and water my wife ordered a coke. My drink got to the table about 15 min before or non-alcoholic drink, sorry thirsty DD! The only food that tasted like it hadn't set around for 15 min was the blooming onion. The food was cold and very sloppy. We have frequented this place many times. It was not worth 100 bucks, I honestly would have preferred Burger King over this last visit. We'll give them another go next week and update the post. Not sure what has happened but it has become hit or miss the last month. With the price of food it will be our last visit if it's the same this visit."

"Had the best date lunch today. Big Rob provided the best experience making sure we were taken care of and checked on. The drinks were great and the food even more amazing. Definitely will be coming back. Plus look at those cute koalas!"

"We love Outback. We don’t usually come to this specific one, it’s a bit far but I’m glad we were out here today. Our food was cooked and seasoned perfectly. After a little mishap, Ms. Kelsey was our server. I’m so glad it happened. She was attentive without being too much. Our drinks were never empty and our food came out perfectly timed. She was a delight!"

"Of all the Outbacks I have been to over the years, this was my least favorite experience. Our server did what she could to make the experience better, but she wasn’t the problem. I ordered a drink from the bar and it didn’t taste or look like the ones I had gotten in the past. The server had it re-made for me, but it still wasn’t what I ordered. When our salads arrived, we sent them back. We ordered them without onions because my husband is allergic to raw onions. I informed the runner who originally brought them out and she was the one that brought them back. We asked our server to make sure that the salads were re-made due to hub’s allergy. She responded, “I am sure that they were.” I ate about a third of my salad before finding an onion. Thankfully my husband had gotten a phone call and had not started eating yet. His steak and potato was cooked properly and tasted good."

"I ordered to go. 3 Joey kids meal that were supposed to be cooked well done no pink. As you can see from the picture, the size of the kid steak was ridiculous. It was 2 inches the size of my finger in length when I cut into it blood came out. Actually it’s squirted out got on my cell phone all over the place and obviously you can see from the pictures. The meat was raw. They were not salvageable. My kids would not eat them after they witnessed that. You can see the blood drops on the plate I posted. One of the sides to my kids meals was fries. They were well over cooked as you can see in the picture. Also, I ordered 2 Aussie fries as an appetizer and you can see from the pictures it look like somebody helps themselves to the order because it wasn’t even covering the entire container like it should have been. There was no bread and one of my sites was missing from one of my meals. When I pay $117.27 for food I expect to be able to eat it!"
