Domino's Pizza

"We have had issues several times with this location. The last time I paid for extra sauce for our cheese bread and got none. We got the completely wrong order once, which we didn’t discover until we got home. When I called I didn’t get an apology or credit for their mistake. They acted like it was an inconvenience for them that I wanted the correct food."

"If I could give less than 0 i would have. I have placed an order for delivery and it was cooked and ready to deliver. They cancelled it saying it is outside their delivery zone. It was ridiculous because i ordered here several times and they did deliver for more than a year now. Neither the online app stopped me nor the store called me before taking/making the order. They waited till pizza was made and wasted our time. The guy who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional and was repeating the same thing in a rude way and saying he doesn’t know how they delivered to my home in the past. Done with this store."

"Ordered two thin pizzas. Not thin and dry and burned, which is what we got. Even the kids wouldn't eat it. It was like a cracker with no flavor. Tossed both into the trash. LESSON: Look in the box before you pay!"

"Had a bad experience. Then the regional manager calls me and said I would be getting 2 credits put on my account. They have yet to be put on. In store the guys and girl have always been nice and polite though."

"I ordered my pizza and 45 minutes later it was ready according to the tracker and it took over two hours for them to deliver the pizza to me. When I called they informed me that they only had one delivery person working that night which they did not tell me when I ordered the pizza. I would have been more than happy to do carry out if they had communicated effectively. In the end it took three hours before they actually got the pizza to us. I can confirm that they were three hours old when they showed up to my house. Wow, I am so disappointed with Domino’s in Brentwood. The time before the sun never showed up. I tried him a second time due to a great deal that was advertised online. I will never try them again."
