"We ordered from DoorDash and the milkshakes we ordered were not delivered with the rest of our order. The Dasher said he asked about them but was told by the store employee that there was nothing else. I called the store to ask why they were left out of the order and was told they were “too busy”. Seriously? Not my problem! They didn’t seem to care and barely acknowledged they were in the wrong."

"Stopped here after a nice motorcycle ride, only been here once after opening. Decided to get a burger and a shake (Strawberry) Ordered the Bacon Burger with mustard, onions and pickles only, just like to order my Whoppers. I give the burger a C+, it lacked in the seasoning department, meat was uneventful. If it wasn't for the bacon it would have gotten a C-. I will take the Whopper over the 5 Guys any day. The Brentwood Pub makes a better burger. The Shake of course made my day. Would I go back to the 5-G's no, Im done with it and also the cost $19.43. The Bike ride was awesome."

"Five guys always great to me. I know this much. I am already tired of another burger so I came back here to get my cheat day burgers. I will say Shake Shack is not the place I am tired of. I like to change things up a lot so Life don’t get boring. I love being able to see the production of the product I’m gonna consume. Five Guys prepares your order in plain sight & the restaurant is clean & the service is down to earth & real. No fake niceness or pretending. Just real everyday folks making a wage while taking care you. I give Five Guys all fives because this is a top 3 burger chain hands down in the country. 1. In N Out in the west 2.Five Guys in the south to parts of the lower eastern region. 3. Shake Shack East but I do dine with this joint in Franklin Tn."

"This is always a great place to go when you want a burger and fries. I like that they have lettuce wraps in lieu of a bun as well. I like the cajun fries and how after they put your order in a bag, they dump extra fries on top!"

"Good burgers, ok fries. We enjoyed our burgers but the service was very slow and the soda machine was filthy. The tables were dirty, workers weren’t cleaning the tables after customers left. I like five guys but won’t be visiting this one again."
