"Went there for a sandwich to go. Cashier cared about what was going behind her than the customer. Then when they gave me sandwich, they put it on the counter, whe I clearly had my hand out. Asked for a bag , cashier just handed me the bag and I had to put my own sandwich in there. The entire time they are horseplaying in the back. Love the food but not coming HERE again."

"Good sandwiches. A step above Subway. Worthy of a try for sure. Don't expect gourmet, after all it's a sandwich joint. It's a perfect stop for bringing a bite along on your flight. Very convenient to BNA and easy and efficient in and out. Beats the airport prices too. No complaints for what it is."

"I did an order via the app (you get a free sandwich!) I work less than a mile from the restaurant and they are normally super fast. I got there went to the pick up place and waited and waited. There was a line for about 6 people ahead of me so I was patient also there were people just coming back from break so I figured they were extra backuped. And someone accidentally took someone else's order. Finally after being there for about 20 minutes and everyone one else got there food I started to check to see maybe they already did my order and I didn't see it. NOPE. Finally one of the sandwich preparers asked about my order, found it, made it, and then apologized for my wait. I won't use the mobile app again. That was ridiculous."
