"Just ok, most rolls were the same ingredients in different preps. The building is dirty on the inside, the bathrooms need a good cleaning. It was ok for what it was but I wouldn’t come back. It’s basic/cheap sushi."
"The sushi train was an overall great experience. I did the all you can eat dinner option, even though it was during lunch hours. This included anything on the train, plus anything from the menu, including appetizers, fresh made sushi rolls and several other options that I didn't really pay attention too. The cost for that is $25 per person, but is more than worth it. I left super stuffed and ate at least twice the amount i paid for. During lunch hours, you do have some cheaper options that provide a lot of food for the cost. I definitely recommend giving this place a try."
"It’s hard not to enjoy sushi, but Sushi Train made it happen somehow. We’ve had all-you-can-eat sushi before in other cities, but this was our first time trying it in Nashville. We came in for lunch on a Wednesday, so maybe the chefs weren’t bringing their A-game, but the overall experience was lacking. Our waitress was kind, prompt, and professional. Other than that, our experience wasn’t great. The restaurant itself is dirty and felt unmaintained. The red seat covers were disgusting, and the plexi panels you open to see the sushi were hazy and unclean. The ginger and wasabi looked like they had been sitting out for a long time. One of the 4-5 small plates we had was good. The food felt wet, the rice looked old, and the flavor lacked. We will not be back without some serious updates."
"For $13 lunch, you can't complain. It's an AYCE buffet so the same rules apply as every buffet. Good variety for even without the Dinner choices (red plates)."
"This place was a joke. The pricing is a mystery as seen by the menu below. My daughter ate a piece of sushi off my husbands plate and they said we were sharing and charged us an entire child all you can eat for the one piece she ate off my husbands plate. Terrible service and waitress was rude. Don’t waste your time, so many Great places to eat in Nashville and this is simply not one of them."
