"It was my first visit to Penn Station in Franklin, TN. I purchased a grilled chicken teriyaki sub - regular size. This grilled sub cost over 11.00. It was the worst sub sandwich that I have ever had. It was so extremely saturated in very salty teriyaki sauce, along with very hard, small, chopped pieces, of extremely dry, over grilled chicken. I could not eat it after taking just two bites. The employees were all polite and helpful. None of the three employees present, all preparing food, wore any type of visible hair coverings or restraints. The service was extremely slow. The floors were sticky-dirty. I am sorry to say that I won’t be returning."
"My husband and I came here on a Saturday night we were the only people ordering. I got a wrap that was wrapped like something from Taco Bell. When I opened it I noticed how greasy it was right away. When I tried picking it up it completely fell apart because of how to was wrapped and how greasy it was. I was able to ring greasy out of it. My first bite had something so hard and gritty in it I couldn’t eat anymore. My husband had something very hard in his sandwich too. We both spit it out. The floor inside was also filthy. We will not be going back."
"I used to love Penn Station, not any more this meal was disgusting. Fries are almost burnt and sandwich has grease puddles in tray and taste awful. This mess cost me 20bucks which is stupid for a sandwich fries and a drink. Go elsewhere or be disappointed...."
"We went to Penn station East Coast subs for dinner today. I got the Ham and Swiss sub and the fries. It was very good, The steak fries had been dropped fresh and made it order right before pick up. The Ham and Swiss sub had just the right amount of lettuce and Mayo on it, And the bread was fresh. I did not have to wait very long. The store was clean and neat. The staff were prompt and courteous. If you like subs, this is a great place to try, and I do recommend it."
"Stopped in for take out for three of us. Service was fast and efficient, they even brought my chips to me when I left them on the counter. They could be friendlier, but they were busy on a Sunday afternoon. I had a small Reuben, Kristin had a cheese steak, and Meredith had turkey and provolone. The sandwiches were served fairly quickly. If you are looking for a quick bite, the small makes a nice snack, but only a large will only satisfy a big, hungry fella. The freshly cut fries were cooked to perfection- hot and delicious. The bread is dense, like a fried yeast ball. and the meat needs more seasoning. Not the best, but not the worst. If you found this review helpful please click like."
