"The dining room was a mess. Tables and floors were sticky. Fries were put in bag and sat there and got cold and soggy while I waited for my burger to cook. Burger came w Xtra mayo when I requested none and without the mustard requested. It lacked any flavor. I'll stick with the spicy chicken from now one."

"We were on our honeymoon and wanting to enjoy a quick meal after the movies. However, as my husband was ordering the food: the roof was leaking with water on his head, the food was poorly prepared (barely had lettuce or tomato, just slapped on there), and there was no carbonation in the drinks (was warned about the machines being broken, but an inconvenience)."

"Great Wendy's with great staff and really really good food but horrible location. So was in the drive in tonite with a friend. Ordered a couple combos, the service was a tiny bit slow but the food and preparation was fantastic..that's was the good now the bad.. It is almost impossible to enter the location because there is only one entrance on the north side of the building and the west side of the lot. The drivethru line is tight and shows the signs of many miscalculations due to the ture rubber and paint. So if you can tolerate the turn in and the impossible getting out. This is one of the better Wendy's around. The staff should be proud but the franchisee needs to start working with Nashville to make it easier to spend money at your location"

"The best experience by far. I was walking and Just stopped in to get a drink and cool off for a few minutes. The lady Just handed me a Large coke and didn't charge me a thing. I was allowed to sit down cool off and charge my phone without them saying a word about it. McDonald's take notes instead of the outlets."
