Taco Bell

"I don’t know what happened to this Taco Bell but I picked up a mobile order at 1:30am and received great service and perfect food. They must have been understaffed (as has been expected) or gotten hit with a rush right before I got there because when I got to the speaker they immediately asked if I was placing an order or picking up an order. They said it could take 10 mins but they would get it to me asap. There were three other cars waiting in the parking lot when I pulled around the side. I got my food in under 10 mins and every food item was made perfectly to order not forgetting any customizations…Maybe that night crew is just badass….but honestly this entire post was because I wanted to give a shoutout to whoever wrapped this burrito so beautifully."

"Let's help Taco Bell out. First contact Yum Yum and tell them $13.50 isn't enough pay for anyone. Second train these wanna be managers up enough to know that customer service is the key, to keep a job for yourself and customer coming back again. If you're a manager on shift and it's you and 2 crew members, lock your lobby and run drive throu. You don't take your anger and frustrations out on the customers. You don't disrespect your customers in anyway or refuse to make their orders. A few more of these complaints will have the rude people out of a job."
