"Order was wrong when we received it, got dbl bacon cheeseburger instead of the bacanator we paid for. Chocolate frosty was out & vanilla was cleaning so couldn't be used. Attitudes from everyone we encountered were basically saying hurry up get us out of their way. I called manager because we found very long black hair in dbl bacon cheeseburger, she said come back 2moro after 5pm she'd replace it, to bring our receipt. The next day @ 11:20 pm when I got off work we headed to Wendy's with our receipt, a different manager was working, and she said we had to have the food + receipt to get it replaced. She also made us sit in drive through line for over 20 mins, before she finally at least gave us the baconator we paid for. Horrible management & employees, all had very bad attitudes, not professional at all... atmospher seemed like we should've been at a club instead of a restaurant."

"I can’t speak for everybody else’s experience, but for mine, they did great. The lady with the blonde hair at the window was nice. The food was hot and it hit the Spot. To be honest, I haven’t had a Wendy’s that good in a long time."

"Do not visit this Wendy’s. A clear glove was found in the bag with my food. Called to speak to an employee that claimed she was a manager. She said it was a prank and they received pranks all the time. Offered to show pictures and she said there was no way to do that. Asked for a refund and she said that she wasn’t sure if she could provide a refund. Never will be eating here again. I would suggest that you visit another Wendy’s location and not this location. Very unprofessional!"

"I stopped here this morning to get breakfast. The only drinks they have are diet soda drinks and sweet tea. I asked for sweet tea. I pulled up to the window to get my order and I'm handed a sweet tea with no ice in it. Room temp tea. So when I got home and poured my tea into a cup of ice a hard price of sugar stuck to a price if the sugar bag fell out of the cup. Couldn't finish my sandwich cause the sausage tastes like it's marinated in pepper. Update: I just tried to give the rest of the sandwich to my dog and she spit it out. Even my dog would not eat it. That's sad. Do better Wendy's"
