McDonald's

"Restaurant very dirty, customer service horrible. I asked if I could please have my ice cream after our the young rolled her eyes and stated, "whatever" we're new in the are moving from KY I couldn't believe the attitude. In KY we can get out dessert at the end of our meal. I stood I the counter for 12 minutes saying" excuse me ma'am" never was acknowledged, than she turned around so hateful. WoW will never return again."

"I would like to get what I am charged for. Other than that they have decent service."

"Today, Nov 24th. My son ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes. I ordered 2 bacon and cheese biscuits. We went inside to order and eat at table. The person taking order was having difficulty understanding. He called manager over to help. We repeated order. The breakfast came without hotcakes. Mgr said it wasn't ordered so I have to get in line to order them. After going to table I saw one biscuit was a griddle instead of biscuit. I told them. It was not corrected. Manger seemed unconcerned about the mistake. We were disappointed as we have eaten here many times without issues. Person taking order was friendly and smiling and trying."

"It's like most McDonald's in the area. They're usually pretty quickly.. I usually do go inside though, and its still pretty fast. Foods decent compared to some McDonald's establishments I've been to, ESP one's not in the same immediate area! Never had an order wrong here, or missing anything. So over all, this is a good McDonald's!! I also go usually in the evenings/ sometimes lunch. I can't speak on how they are during breakfast!! Overall though, id recommend this location!!"

"I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about an experience I had at your McDonald's location at Hickory Hollow on 08/23/2023 @ 9:36pm. I have been a loyal customer of McDonald's for many years, and I have always appreciated the quality of your food and the level of service provided. However, my recent visit left me quite dissatisfied. After enjoying my meal, I approached one of your employees and politely requested a cup of water to drink. Unfortunately, this simple request was met with a surprising and disappointing response. The employee I spoke to informed me that they could not provide me with a cup of water. I was taken aback by this, as it has been my understanding that McDonald's has a long-standing policy of offering free water to its customers. I explained that I simply wanted a glass of water to complement my meal, but my request was still denied. I must emphasize that this incident was not only disheartening but also concerning from a customer service perspective. Providing water is a basic expectation when dining at a fast-food establishment, and it is especially important to ensure that customers remain hydrated during their visit. Denying such a request not only goes against the usual standards of McDonald's but also leaves a negative impression on customers like me. I believe that McDonald's prides itself on delivering excellent service and hospitality, and I genuinely hope that this incident was an isolated occurrence. However, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so that you can address it with your staff and ensure that such situations do not happen in the future."
