"We ordered delivery and knew it was approximately 45 minutes for delivery. We waited for over an hour and got a canceled order message. We called the store, and the machine kept picking up.Awful!..Thecharges on my bank account are still pending so I can't do a charge back ..absolutely ridiculous! I would give them negative stars for the worst customer service if I could!.. This is an edit to response. YOUR website stated YOU were open. This is an error on YOUR end. We also called and left messages with ZERO response. The winter storm was OVER . We were given tracking updates on our order including that our order was done. Your response is inadequate because you don't hold yourself accountable ."

There's absolutely no excuse to not have some type of recipe for delicious flavored vegetables, specifically the white beans and green beans."

"We had Whitt's cater our wedding (per our coordinators recommendation) and everyone LOVED it. We realized right before I was going to walk down the aisle that I forgot to get plates and silverware and they went out and got it for us without hesitation! The food was delicious and service was outstanding. 10/10!!"

"Foods not too bad. I will say for the price you could get much better. My wings was dry, the suds was great however, and the bread deal they give you either your plate is to die for. Customer service was great, and service was rather quick."
