"What a delightful little cafe experience. And from the ongoing line for lunch, people love their food. It's not often you can find a restaurant that is devoted to a singular type of entree that makes it work. But Chicken Salad Chick is exactly what it sounds like. Really, really good chicken salad. I had a lemon basil chicken salad with my lunch today and it was delicious. Highly recommend. Upgrade your plate to a trio and you can add on an additional side or chicken salad flavor for just $2. Which for me means lunch tomorrow:-) Trust me. A good lunch two days in a row is hard to come by. You can thank me later."

"I've been hearing a lot about Chicken Salad Chick lately, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the jalapeño one which is one of their most popular ones. The food was visually appealing, but it was pretty boring to eat. The chicken salad was bland and flavorless, and the spice were just kind of there. The only thing that really saved the scoop was the dressing, which was creamy and flavorful. I also tried the bacon and cheese one, and it was just as disappointing. The chicken salad was bland and flavorless and the atmosphere was stale. The scoop was also very small for the price. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at Chicken Salad Chick. The food was boring, the portions were small, and the prices were high. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Additional Thoughts: I was also disappointed with the service at Chicken Salad Chick. The cashier was friendly, but she didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu. She also didn't offer any recommendations, which I thought was strange. I'm not sure what all the hype is about Chicken Salad Chick. The food is just not that good. I would rather go to a different restaurant that serves more flavorful and interesting food. I got my stuff for free and it still wasn’t worth it. Take that in mind."

"We got dinner from chicken salad chick for the first time. I tried the turkey bacon club meal. It was a very good meal and came with a Cheryl cookie, pickle spear. and then a side. I had a fruit salad side. Parking is free, and there is a decent amount of it. The inside is nice. I'm not sure if this is a good place for kids, but you could try. The prices are okay. I think it is good value for the money. I enjoyed it and will likely try it again."

"Our family tried this place today. I had the Classic Carol, my husband tried the Kicking Kay Lynne, and my Dad had the Jalapeño Holly sandwich. My husband thought his sandwich was “alright.” Needless to say, Dad and I thought our sandwiches were just ok. The sides were even worse than the sandwiches. The pasta salad tasted like it’s about 2 weeks old: dry and odd tasting dressing. Just horrible. The grape salad was just ok. Overall a huge disappointment."

"Great place to have lunch! My mom and I stopped in for a bite to eat while in Franklin for a doctors appt. I've never been to a Chicken Salad Chick before and was very reluctant as I only like homemade Southern chicken salad (adds a touch of mustard). The staff was very accommodating allowing for me to try a sample before ordering. I ended up ordering the Classic Carol BLT on a croissant with a side of Chicken tortilla soup. I was very pleased with my choice and would order it again. My mom ordered the same except she had the loaded potato soup which also was very good. I can't say enough about how customer oriented and friendly the staff were on our visit!"
