"The food was the star of the show but how hard is a decent sandwich if you’re following instructions. The service is slow and not overly friendly. The atmosphere is tired and needs serious attention. The bathroom feels like an old gas station bathroom and that’s not a good thing."

"The best sandwich shop anywhere!! It is such a shame that this is the only one left open in our area. COVID really hurt their business and they never recovered! One could only hope that they reopen their store on The Avenue in Murfreesboro, TN. Until then I will still continue to drive 30 miles each way to come to the Franklin, TN, store in Cool Springs! "I just had a fantastic experience with Shree in the Franklin store. I Am extremely picky and told her that wanted certain items separate of the sand and the toasted well. I like very very light mayo and mustard cut into quarters.Shree did exactly as I asked and was so sweet and attentive. I do hope management appreciates the staff. I live in the west end part of Nashville and most of the Which wich store have closed. I will definitely be back often. Thank you"

"I hate to sound like that old guy who complains about todays generation but since WhichWich was my first job and I use to really love this place the degradation in quality control is a clear explanation why other locations in the area have closed. I could hear the sandwich maker tell the manager that they had incorrectly made my sandwich with tomatoes and onions, then they simply pulled them off instead of remaking the which. Then meats weren’t spread out enough before going in the over so the clump in the center was -not hot-. Plus the remove the chicken salad. I don’t think I’ll be back, and I will unfortunately have to tell others about the sad result of my $20 visit."
