"Wish I could give this restaurant zero stars for how I was treated with my 3 year old son. I ordered food for take out and didn’t receive some items. I went back to get the items and was accused by Kat at the front for stealing the chicken and lying about not receiving it. I have never been treated so poorly before at a restaurant and was so embarrassed. I used to be a regular customer here but will no longer come back with my family. To his response: I did not yell over the phone at all and she never hung up on me. I told her I would come pick up the food since she didn’t have a driver. Never demanded anything. I also walked into the restaurant calmly and asked for my food and showed her the receipt. That is when Kat started to accuse me of stealing the chicken (I wouldn't drive 15 minutes with a hungry 3 year old to get free chicken) She also tried to blame DoorDash which seems to be a common issue with this restaurant. I never raised my voice. All I did was ask for the managers name and she was going off on me. I did not cause a scene and did not swear or drop F bombs. I had a child with me so nice try. Please watch the video to see for yourself that Kat is lying. You are exaggerating the story to make me look bad since I gave a one star review. I’m not worried about the video since I did not storm in swearing. Look how the owner handles the other bad reviews. He is not nice to his customer and No worries, I will never step foot in an establishment like this ever again. Your restaurant is not worth my hard earned money. Good luck with your restaurant"

"My husband got take out via online order and everything was so good. The nice young man helping him made sure everything was accurate and offered some sauces. The Spot cheeseburger was divine and the seasoned fries were delicious too. My son got a cookies and cream milkshake and was super happy with it. We have heard great things about this place and we’re not disappointed!!"

"Heard their burgers were very similar to a famous West Coast chain. Did not disappoint. Man, were they right. Burgers were very juicy and flavorful. Did not taste frozen at all. It is very well balanced of seasoning to sauce to toppings. Definitely will be back... A LOT!! The lady at the bar/ counter was very friendly and very helpful. Thank you for being you."
