"I was surprised to see such a low rating. I've eaten there several times and the food is always fresh and tastes good. The people are nice and the store is clean. I always get a whole salad that is heavily modified due to allergies and they get it right every time."
"Not sure why but my son and I’ve gotten ill from the drinks at the Crossings location. The charged lemonades were sometimes warm not cold. They are behind the counter now. The Iced Coffee nearly had me going to the hospital with stomach pain. Sorry. Franklin store is much nicer."
"I had my girlfriend get me a sandwich from Panera Bread for lunch today and it is, hands down, the worst sandwich I have ever had! It's all bread and basically nothing else. It was supposed to be Pepperoni and chicken. But all i got was cheese and a few pepperonis. I will never spend a single cent at this place ever again. It's literally the saddest thing I have ever seen."
"We have the worst Panera. Just spent $14 on a half salad and soda that I couldn’t eat or drink. The Dr.Pepper was basically club soda and the salad was RIPE. Nothing fresh in there and they didn’t even put the correct ingredients in it. After working at Panera in college I can confidently say it’s not that hard and to change out the soda. It’s too expensive for you to continually get inedible food."
"So the food tastes fine, but their portions are so off if you get takeout! The soup cups are sometimes only half filled (see pic) and the sandwiches barely ever have a normal amount of meat or toppings (see pic). However when you eat in the portions seem to be okay. Just be really wary when getting takeout!"
