"Worst Chiptole location ever. The rice was stale and when I went to tell the employees they didn’t care. They didn’t pull the rice and continued to serve/charge other costumers for it. The restaurant was a complete mess with food and trash everywhere. The bathrooms were dirty. Don’t waste your money here and go get five guys burgers up the street."

"Just order today. My son was suppose to get rice and pork. Drive away and discovered they never put pork in his dish. What king of dummy makes a to go plate with starch and no protein. Had to go back and complain and front desk says don’t get mad at me I didn’t make. They put the pork in it but yet they still kept the tip for the take out order where they provided no extra service and made me fix their errors. Plus I asked for un sweat tea and they gave me sweet tea. The employees at this location are very very incompetent, they don’t care, they do not read the orders. I will not come back here I will not recommend this location to friends The manager of this location is an idiot for allow this kind of service to happen under his/her watch and should be fired along with the rest of the department staff You guys really really suck at your job are are pathetic Peter"

"Very fulfilling, tasty and unique. Little pricey compared to other Mexican outlets, especially it being a chain the prices could have been slightly lower. Avoid getting the green sauce if you can't handle spicy food."

"I came here for lunch about two weeks ago. It was about 12:00 and not to busy which surprised me. Only one employee was working the line and a couple others were working the register and the grill. The service was sub par. When it came to my turn to order, the employee got a phone call and left the line. No one took her place so I just had to wait. Several employees in the back kept looking out but none came to help. The employee who left finally returned after 3 or 4 minutes and took my order. I ordered a bowl with white rice, chicken and Carne asada double meat, salsas, guacamole (yes I know it's extra), cheese, sour cream, and a bag of chips. I took my food to go. The atmosphere in the restaurant was deflated, lacking any energy, happiness, or anything other than just a blah "this is my job" mood. The food was meh. The white rice was cooked well but lacking the citrus and slight saltiness. The chicken was also under salted which makes it taste bland and boring. The Carne asada flavor was good and cooked well. The only real thing on point was the guac. It was perfectly made. The chips on the other hand were pretty awful. The chips were many different shades of brown with most being over cooked from how Chipotle chips used to be, light, crispy, with a solid hint of citrus and salt. There was no citrus flavor and salt was okay. All around the food was just meh. All in all, I will always try Chipotle and hope to find a restaurant that lives up to the standards and flavors of the past. This restaurant, however, is not the place to find it. I will be looking to a different location to get my burrito bowl fix next time."
