Five Guys

"When you order a large fry, generally they are supposed to dump all the fries from the basket into your bag as per policy, however, that didn't happen. Large fry with barely any fries. Cup was somewhat full. Not filled. And a few fries in the bag. I was on lunch and couldn't say anything. Disappointed though."

"3 people ordered 2 burgers, 1 little burger and 1 large french fry. Little cheese burger was enough for me. Delicious as expected :)"

"Does not live up to the five guys' reputation. Marginal food and service. The burgers ate decent enough. but the fries were terrible, i took them back and got a refund. They were that bad. The pruces have gotten too high IMO. $42 for two burgers, fries and drinks? I can go to red Robin and get out the door feeding three people for the same price."

"I have been told by many people that Five Guys has the best burgers so I finally found myself in Franklin and decided to try one. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and small fries. I was definitely impressed with the fact grilled onions and mushrooms come on them, that was a bonus! The small fries were extremely plentiful, and overflowed out of the cup. Service was great. Food was served fast and hot. The only negative thing I can say is that some tables were not wiped and the restaurant floors were dirty. But all in all, it met up to my expectations and I will definitely go back!"

"Got a regular burger and fries take out for dinner. The food is excellent and delicious. If you want a burger, Five Guys is your place. And the fries, be hungry. You get amazing value for what you order. You probably want one regular fries for each two or maybe even three people in your group. Worth it. Dine in is available and in good shape. Parking is a bit tight at this location. But they have spots. The staff are nice but need to pay attention to detail. My order was given to another person before I got there. He had only the same first name. So I had to wait for my order to be made again, even though I ordered in advance via phone before I got there. I didn't wait long, maybe ten minutes. Still a blemish on an otherwise great meal. I think I will go back, but only if I know I will have extra time to deal with a mistake."
