"Placed order in app. Waited 15 after checking in for order; Which was wrong and luke warm at best. Did not advise because I was already tired of the wait. Must have staffing issues as all I saw was one runner. Friday January 26, 4:50pm"

"Ordered a single burger, tots and a drink and it was over $10. Credit card reader technology from the 90s didn’t work for three different credit cards. No Apple Pay, no tap and pay, it reads the magnetic strip. Hit the button to tell the person that I couldn’t pay by card and I had no cash but he put me on hold. Lady shows up with the order, and I have no way of paying so I had to leave. Went to Chipotle where for $1 more, I got a carnitas bowl and a drink and I was able to use Apple Pay and eat inside."

"It would be nice if the drive thru at least acknowledged that you’re there. Sat there for five minutes without anyone saying a word. Was never able to order."

"I don’t ever remember the shakes being this gross. “Real Ice cream” yeah no chance. My shakes were chunky and watery. I used to love getting ice cream and shakes at sonic, but whatever this was is not okay. The cups even felt light in our hands. It made us feel sick to drink. Threw them out after a few sips. I will never get shakes here again."

"Made a quick stop at Sonic for a banana milk shake. Delicious and good price for it. No issues with parking. A shout to Jennifer for being prompt and professional. She was working hard tonight. I like the menu changes too. They have a progress bar on the menu to keep you updated on the status of your order. I plan on coming back in the future."
