"If you are going to offer curbside please have someone to occupy the station and bring food in a timely manner, otherwise don’t offer it. Showed up at the time the order confirmation said the food would be ready and waited 15 minutes after notifying the restaurant I was there. Went inside and the girl walked back and picked up my food which was ready and probably had been the entire time I was outside in the car waiting. It amazes me at how many young people expect a tip but have forgotten all about the customer service that is supposed to come with it. I wouldn’t normally complain but this is the third time in a row this has happened. The food is good just stop offering curbside if you can’t deliver on it."
"We come to Tito’s in Berry Farms at least once a week or more. Never disappoints! They have the best service and amazing food and drinks! The staff go above and beyond. The hosts and hostesses are always greeting us with a smile. We love all the servers and bartenders. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Easily the best service in Berry Farms!"
"Overall this was our first time getting to go food from this location. When I called in they estimated 25 minutes but took closer to 40. No worries and a lot of to go ordered probably more than the people in the restaurant. We started with the fried Avocado appetizer which was very poor. It is dry and not crunchy. Either they forgot a dipping sauce or they need to add one. The saving grace was I added them to my tacos and that was the only way to eat them. Next we got two cheese kid’s quesadillas with rice and beans. My daughter says 5 out of 5. She only ate the quesadillas but the rice and beans were good I ate them. Wife got fajitas Texans which really needed some seasoning or extra seasoning. This dish was over 18 bucks and not overly pleased. I got the Pollo special chicken with rice and cheese which I would say definitely needed more cheese but I made tacos with these and the fried avocados so overall I improved the offering. Lastly the tres lechas really needed more sauce or liquid. It has potential. Overall this meal cost $74 which is alot for 3 people but we do have leftovers. I am honestly not sure if we will be back. I really wanted to like it since we are within 5 miles."
"Found this place the other day and was excited to give it a try. Beautiful interior space and fairly crowded for an early lunch. Was seated and greeted quickly and brought chips and salsa. Salsa was watery and bland. I ordered Fajitas and they were delivered on a white plate, not a sizzling trivet. Meat was unseasoned. Rice was bland. Beans were good - best part of the meal. There was far more pepper/onion/tomato than meat and, after my food was dropped, I never saw my server until I was done eating. Here's the Breakdown: Beautiful interior +1 star; quick greeting and seating +1 star; large portion +1 star. Competition for dining dollars here in Franklin is fierce which means that I probably won't go back"
"We really like this place! We had driven past it a few times and decided to give it a try. The burrito Colorado was very large and good. The sauce on top had a little bit of spice and heat but definitely not overpowering. The chips and salsa were fresh and very flavorful. The taco salad was a perfect portion size and very fresh as well. The guacamole appetizer was very good a bit too much lime for my taste but was very fresh! The cheese dip was very good as well. The restaurant was very busy and the waiting area very small and awkwardly located. But the wait was worth the experience! I would definitely recommend!"
