"Very disappointed. Waited 20 minutes to get the drinks and my glass was dirty; it had frosting. Waited another 20 minutes to get the food even when the place was not full. Servings were too small for the price. I ordered chicken pesto and found only 3 pieces of chicken in the entire plate."

"The staff was really friendly. The atmosphere had dim lighting and was nice. There was a bar and the kitchen was open for all to see. The food was freshly made. Always a great experience here."

"My wife and I have been coming here since 2018 and loved it. Sad to say the quality as of 2024 has significantly dropped while the prices have increased year after year. The margherita pizza used to be outstanding, however now it is basically an overloaded cheese pizza. The pasta is not the best anymore either, with the pasta being consistently overcooked and the sauce watered down. The only thing going for this place now is the appetizers (Caesar salad and the white truffle bread). Pictures below are the pizza today vs a couple years ago."

"North Italia is really delicious! They make and taste everything in house before each day begins. I got the house bolognese and it was incredible. The crispy brussel sprouts were phenomenal. My husband enjoyed his meal as much as I enjoyed mine. The atmosphere is perfection. The lighting isn’t harsh, the restaurant wasn’t loud and the layout is great. It didn’t feel like they were trying to cram in as many tables as possible. You can see the kitchen and bar from any seat. I am a stickler for service and ambiance and both were great. Our server, Chris, was really great at reading us and our personalities. He was very professional and then joked around with us as we encouraged it after a couple of glasses of sparkling rosé. I will definitely be back!"

"Wonderful food. It was really great. My only complaint was our waitress and slow service. Our waitress started out good. Then got progressively worse as the night went on. Not attentive and didn’t refill drinks. Was really rude when my wife asked for a refill. She was super slow as well. We probably could have left 20 minutes earlier if she would have been more attentive. Normally I would have rated lower, but the food was really good. The waitress kept it from a 5 star review."
