"Staff is very unprofessional, they don't pay attention to orders, they leave food out and give you somebody else's order. They don't answer the telephone and if they do answer, the employee answers saying yeah and when you ask for a manager they just hang up on you. They talk amongst themselves and play on their phones while customers are waiting for their orders to be taken. Kiosk was not working Unprofessional employees are due to lack of good management."
