"I’m APPALLED. Every single time I have been here, the employees are unnecessarily rude and off putting. It’s almost like that’s in the job description. I expect a negative reaction every time I walk in and they rarely ever take clothes off your hands, even good in perfect condition."

"Do not waste your time. Disrespectful teenagers that don't want to be there and goof off. Took 4 bags of new to gently used spring and summer clothes 70 percent tags still on the items from name brand places such as Zara, American eagle, etc that didn't fit and never got around to returning. Got a text in 25 mins they were done looking through my 4 bags and offered 11 bucks for 4 shorts with tags still on. Make it make sense haha"

"Having a bunch of changing rooms and then declaring the bigger one for people with children with strollers and then using it as a storage closet, absolutely not. I simply gave my items to her and said I won’t be buying anything. I know it’s not her fault but there is no way I’m going to buy items without trying them on. I’ve seen better, do better."

"This location 6 months ago was great, friendly staff and nice items. But it has gone down hill really badly shift in staff to a group of people that seem to be hiring their friends. They are unfriendly and don't seem to want to work, seem mad when you enter the store. Murfreesboro location is way better, worth the drive."
